Professional Statement
I am passionate about supporting individuals through their mental health journeys, fostering resilience, and empowerment. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for healing and growth. My professional journey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has equipped me with a versatile skill set in crisis intervention, outpatient individual therapy, multi and interdisciplinary case coordination, Forensic Interviewing, advocacy, and PHP, I/CBAT, STARR, and Group Home levels of care.
The foundation of my therapeutic work is based on a strengths-based and relational approach, while also incorporating person-centered, family systems, and solution-focused therapy. I have experience working with kids, adolescents, young adults, and adults facing obstacles with social/school anxiety, survivors of sexual and physical abuse, trauma, grief/loss, depression, suicidality, self-injurious behaviors, mood, and personality disorders.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University, I completed my Master of Social Work at Wheelock College (now Boston University). I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships rooted in understanding, compassion, and empowerment.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, friends, three dogs, and cat. I enjoy traveling, listening to podcasts while puzzling (always a 2,000 piece minimum!), and binging all of my Bravo shows!
