Professional Statement
Therapeutic growth requires a safe space and a trusting relationship between client and therapist. Through my practice I strive to create a dynamic, supportive, and caring environment that centers you as the expert of your experience. Together, we will work to understand and make progress towards your wellness goals.
I am a Master’s level mental health counselor who graduated from Boston College’s Master’s in Mental Health Counseling program. Before completing my Master’s, I received my bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in human development from Boston College as well. Throughout my education I have had the opportunity to work with individuals and groups at MetroWest Medical Center’s behavioral health unit and Bryant University’s Office of Counseling Services. My clinical work has included working with college students and adults to address a variety of mental health concerns using a combination of therapeutic approaches that suits each individual and focuses on a strong therapeutic relationship.
Outside of my therapeutic work, I enjoy staying active through hiking, skiing, or walking my dog, Rocky. I love concerts, traveling to new places, and am on a never-ending quest to find the world’s best matcha latte.
