Are you a high school student (or soon to be one) who struggles with depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues? Do you ever feel alone because you don't want to "burden" your friends or family? Do you worry about "being good enough" or managing all the stress in your life?
Come join this 8 week group, where you'll have a confidential space to share what it's like to be you and to be heard by other teens who are dealing with similar issues. You will also learn evidenced-based strategies to help improve your mood, cope with anxiety, and feel more connected to the people you care about.

Are you a professional in a demanding field (such as healthcare, tech, finance, or law) suffering from depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues? Do you struggle with work-life balance? Having a hard time managing relationships at work or at home?
This group will provide you with a confidential space to share what it's like to be you and to be heard by other professionals who are dealing with similar issues. Together, you will learn new approaches to solve problems, strategies to cope with life's stressors, and ways to deepen and improve your relationships.
Starting in Fall 2024 (Wednesday Evenings)

This is an in-person group for students (gender inclusive) who would like support navigating college stressors, mental health struggles and creating healthy relationships.
A group for kids ages 8-10 to learn about feelings and coping skills
This is a hands-on, in person group to help kids feel ready and confident back in the classroom with their friends. We'll learn new skills together and have fun!

A Therapy Group for Moms with Teenagers
The group will process the joys and challenges of motherhood especially as your child navigates teenage years. This is a space to build connections with other moms, confront the impossible standards placed on you, learn how others are parenting their teens though unprecedented times and embrace the imperfections that will allow you to be more joyfully present with your family.

New Mom Support Group
New Moms of 6 Months Old or Younger
Join us and connect with other new moms in a safe and non-judgmental group discussing adjusting to postpartum life

Walking the Middle Path
A dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) group for teens (ages 14-17)! Come learn and practice skills for managing emotions, surviving stressful situations, and navigating relationships.

A group for retired or semi-retired women who have transitioned (or are in the process of transitioning) into a new stage of life. This is a space to build connections with others and learn new ways to approach an exciting and sometimes challenging transition.

Being a member of a racially or ethnically marginalized group can be challenging, especially in the predominantly white spaces at work and school.
This group is for BIPOC individuals who would like a space to come together and process similar or different life experiences. The goal for this group is to create a collaborative healing space to navigate the challenges of today’s world.

Group Facilitator: Aaron Kaplan
This group provides a confidential space for adults to discuss, reflect, and receive feedback on the interpersonal dynamics present in their relationships with others. This group will help members increase their understanding of their own interpersonal style and how people impact one another, and aims to increase confidence, decrease anxiety in social situations, facilitate connectedness, and foster a sense of community. Group members will work towards feeling empowered to explore new ways of relating both within the group and within their personal lives.

This in-person therapy group is for folks using more alcohol, marijuana or hallucinogens more than they are comfortable with
Goals include reducing use, improving refusal skills and finding balance between being a young person and having an enjoyable life
psychoeducation will be provided as well as cognitive behavioral therapy
